The PLACE Program (Pasco Learning and Activity Centers of Enrichment) is the District School Board of Pasco County’s  before and after school enrichment program which is designed to provide an active and enriching environment for children who must arrive at school early, stay late, and/or require supervised activities during school holidays.  Presently, PLACE is limited to elementary age children in kindergarten through grade five.

The PLACE program strives to meet the needs of the families and schools in our community. In order to do this, we are requesting your input regarding the possibility of expanding our services to River Ridge Middle School.  The program may include, but is not limited to life skills, STEAM activities, homework assistance, special interest clubs and recreational activities.  The estimated cost of a middle school program would include a $25.00 annual registration fee and a weekly tuition fee of no less than $50 per student.   The final cost has yet to be determined, as the program must be totally fee supported.  In order to open a program, there must be sufficient enrollment in order for the program to be financially sustainable.

If you are interested in an after school program being offered at River Ridge Middle School for the 2018-2019 school year, please complete this survey.   The survey link will be open until April 6th.
