We are entering the home stretch of the school year, with end‑of‑year FAST and EOC testing continuing this week.
5/4 Mrs. Adams – 6th Grade Math Classes

5/6 Mrs. Morton and Ms. Addington Period 2, 3 – 8th Grade ELA Classes
5/7 Mrs. Wierenga and Ms. McLeod Period 1, 5 – 7th Grade ELA Classes
5/8 Mrs. Szymanski and Ms. McLeod Period 2, 3, 4 – 7th Grade ELA Classes
Testing begins daily at 8:00 AM, with students reporting to the gym by 7:15 AM after checking in with first period. Please help ensure students arrive on time, well‑rested, and ready to show what they know!
This week is also Royal Staff Appreciation Week, and we are grateful for your support in celebrating our amazing teachers and staff.
There will be after-school tutoring this week on Tuesday and Thursday in Lab 1. Civics students are encouraged to attend Civics Boot Camps in Lab 2 on Tuesday and Thursday for a last-minute review before next week’s exam.
Finally, 8th-grade families, the end of the year is coming quickly. Please make sure to pay your $45 End-of-Year 8th-Grade Activity Fee, which includes the 8th-grade dance and Picnic. Permission forms also need to be turned in to the front office in order to participate. This Friday is the 8th Grade Gradventure Field Trip from 1:45 PM-2 AM. Students need to meet in the middle school bus loop after school in the appropriate dress code, including the unaltered RRMS-issued class shirt. Students may bring a small slingpack. Quick Car Loop Reminder for Arrival and Dismissal:
Please drive carefully, do not drop students off on Town Center Rd., be respectful when merging into traffic, follow car loop procedures, and be patient during arrival and dismissal times. Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe and on schedule.
