Students need to report to the cafeteria for check in no later than 7:10AM. Before entering the gym for the Promotion Ceremony, the 8th grade class will complete their final “clap out” through the middle school. The ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30AM and should last an hour and thirty minutes. If families wish to check out their students for early dismissal after the ceremony, they must complete the early release form and have it in to the front office no later than May 21st. Those who do not have the forms completed, will then need to check out their child through the main office after the ceremony.
