Attention 8th grade families… the 8th grade January newsletter with important information on the transition to high school, Gradventure, and end-of-year 8th grade activities (Promotion Ceremony, 8th Grade Dance, Picnic, Awards Ceremonies) has been published. It will be distributed to all 8th graders on Wednesday, including an expectations video. Gradventure tickets for Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are open for sale on GoFan.co for $175. Tickets include a 2-park ticket, t-shirt, meal, and transportation on Friday, May 3, 2024. This is a first come, first serve field trip with only 200 student spots to celebrate the completion of 8th grade. Students must be “on track” for high school promotion and receive no Level 2 or 3 referrals from January 9th through May 3rd. Chaperones will be RRMS staff only.
