    Good afternoon, Royal Families!

Please read and carefully review the Royal Update-Knight News for 9/9-9/13. It contains important information on upcoming events.

Due to class size balancing and personnel moves, we must continue to adjust student schedules. This round of schedule changes will affect math classes. The affected students will be provided a new BLUE schedule, effective Monday, September 9th. We understand that these adjustments never come at a good time, and we appreciate your patience and support as we make this transition. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. We will work closely with students to help them adjust to their new schedules and maintain their educational progress. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please get in touch with the grade-level school counselor or Ms. Martanovic at kmartano@pasco.k12.fl.us.

After-school tutoring will begin in the Media Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays this week from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Students do not need to sign up but must come with an academic purpose.

This week in Knight Athletics: On Monday, there will be a volleyball game at Hudson Academy, and on Wednesday at SRK8 at 6 PM (tickets are cash only). On Tuesday, our football game will be away vs. CHMS at K-Tech at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $5 on GoFan.co.

As a reminder, during arrival and dismissal, please be cautious when driving through the car loop and stop for students at the crosswalk. It is against the law to let students out on Town Center Rd., and we ask that you show patience.  Student safety is everyone’s top priority, and the entire community must ensure this. Thank you for your attention to this critical matter.

Mark your calendars for upcoming River Ridge events: The week of September 16-20 will be the River Ridge Fall Spirit Week. Our theme will mirror the high school’s Homecoming Theme: Back to the 90s! We will have dress-up days, class competitions, Way Back When Games, and a Pep Rally in our new gym! Please see the flyer on our website for more information at https://rrms.pasco.k12.fl.us/?p=10723.
