Students in ALL grade levels can participate in middle school athletics.
To participate/try out in any sport, the following must be completed and uploaded to the FHSAA Athletic Clearance website:

- A current doctor’s sports physical – physical is good for one calendar year and must be on the FHSAA form
- Parent information sheet signed
- FHSSA forms completed and signed (total of four pages)
- Minimum 2.0 GPA from the previous semester
- Participation fee: Middle Schools (6-8): The student-athlete has 3 days from tryouts to pay the athletic participation fee on Rycor.
