Health Screenings will be conducted at school on November 1, 2018. The following screenings are required by Florida statutes in 6th Grade: Vision, hearing, height, weight, and BMI
These screenings do not replace your child’s need for regular health care and check ups. If you do not want your child to participate in screening, please send in a written request for exclusion to the front office at least one week before the screening date.
