ATTENTION 8th GRADE FAMILIES:
Information about the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on May 24 at 8AM in the RRMS/HS Gymnasium
To celebrate your student’s promotion to high school, we invite family and friends to attend our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on Friday, May 24 at 8AM at the River Ridge MS/HS Gymnasium. The doors will open at 7:30AM.
Students will report to the theater when they arrive on campus. Then students will complete their “Last Walk” through RRMS campus and into the gym for a ceremony to celebrate our 8th graders. This is a very nice event and we ask that students dress accordingly.
After the ceremony, those students who have the pre-approved early dismissal forms, may be released from the theater. For those who do not, parents/guardians may sign their children out for early dismissal through the front office. Students may also stay for the remainder of the school day.
